i think i like magic kingdom the best! it made me want to be a child again. LOL. without the worries of the world, carefree as one can be. especially the fireworks show at the end of the night! totally gave me the goosebumps. i don't know how to explain it, it sounds ridiculous but it really touched me. you could see everyone packed on the street, smiling in awe of the brilliant display :)

universal studios was great as well! in terms of rides, adventure islands is DA BOMB! the roller-coster rides are totally wicked! pictures will be up as soon as i come back home! im totally missing home! the swine flu here is totally freaking my family out back home. i hope there isn't any quarantine order for travellers from the states when i get back next week. the swine flu is such an ass. just as well, im coming back next week. im totally broke! haha. i've been shopping like crazy! i think i bought more stuff than i've ever did it in the past few years. i swear!

life has been alright. the usual ups and downs. many good friends have ord-ed. watching the new guys come in really brings back memories of my first days in unit. LOL. back then i was really a noob at things, but you grow with experiences and mature with time. now its almost my turn to leave. it will be bitter sweet. next week will sort of be my last week back in camp. i will miss the guys.

march was a pretty busy month. exercise after exercise. time seems to pass by in a flash. 10 more months. let it fly by too! nothing much happening in my life. thats what national service does to you. the occassional gatherings were great. but if you realise, when our class guys gather, all we talk about is NS. HAHA. the girls complain all the time about not understanding what the heck are we talking about. im sorry but we spend like freaking 5 days a week stuck (other than some lucky buggers who stay out) in camp.

2008 has finally come. 2007 has been an average year. A level results was a great start to the year, after which it was downhill all the way (NS). HAHA. at least all the tough period has past. life in the new unit has been alright. met new people and at least i m comfortable with some people. you know those that have the same thinking as you, you tend to click with them better. and no wonder we have mutual friends. LOL.
went down to NUS yesterday for a match with chris's nus hall team. was fun meeting the guys and having a match. and we freaking WON. lol. and cindia was telling me that SMU's like highly ultra competitive and she really discourages anyone to go there. haha. was good having someone inside telling me the truth behind the facades. hmm, seriously need to think about it.
anyways, please let 2008 past by in a flash! i want to ORD! arnmy life is just sucking the life out of me. :(
monday night was a blast. end of course party at the mess was fun. trying to get those goody goody guys to get drunk was freakingly hilarious. i'll definitely miss the company of such cool mates. all the crazy tau poks to the soccer matches we played to the defining endurance marches we did, i would say this could rival the best times spent in BMT. :)
sergeant rank, like finally. parade was like a roasting party. the sun was freaking scorching on my poor face and arms. but all went well, and it was rather a proud moment. i think we did extremely well considering that we only had a day of rehersals.
the platoon is really getting together, laughing and just having a blast. i like it this way.

LOL. after that, we couldn't decide on a place for drinks. haha. its the usual 2805 way. we always spend a lot of time deciding where to go. in the end, i brought them to my aunt's wine bar. glad the guys enjoyed it :D WILLY WEE and SOH SHIYING must be the happiest cause the first round of drinks were on the house. CHEAPSKATES! haha.

but what i like most is that we're learning stuffs that are interesting and useful. though sometimes things can get really tough, and i literally don't understand a single word (alot of technical jargons involved), i still try my hardest yea.
the commando sergeant in my bunk is really cool too. haha. after hearing what he's training is like, RESPECT man.

graduation march was pure hell. SERIOUSLY. 28km is no easy feat. mentally, i have never felt so drained ever. physically, i knew i could take it. all the pain from the blisters and abrasions were all numbed out from my mind, as we took each painful step towards our goal. walked from 8pm till bout 4.30 in the morning. total shagness. was constantly fighting the eazy monster throughout the whole march. occasionally i would even find myself closing my eyes, half marching, half sleeping. lol. it really is no joke. and im damn glad i completed it.
anyways, postings out. SIGNALS here i come! i guess its not too bad. anything other than ASLC is good. haha. long weekend. reporting only next tuesday.
past week's been filled with many physical activities. shagged. other than that, life's good. for the first time in this whole course, we had ALOT of admin (free) time, which of course was used for sleeping.
next week's all chemical defence and soc, which i DREAD doing. i'd rather go for a 10km run than bust my lungs completing the course. im serious. anyways, the course's gonna end soon. honestly, didn't have as much fun as i did in bmt. section mates aren't as close either. oh, what the hell, its all part of my 2 year cycle.

short week. was rather tiring with all the physical activities. compared to field camp, u can give me pt everyday man. lol. oh yah, my forced attempt (by my commander) for gold backfired terribly. haha. all my stations deproved la :( but who cares. week 7 has come and gone. 20 more days and i'll finally have something to sew on my sleeve :D

grandslam has ended! woots la. it was actually not as tough as all of us expected it to be. lol.
navigation test on the first day at tekong was bad. covered at least 20km finding dumb checkpoints covered in thick ferns hung on trees. shits la. and we constantly got lost, skirting around the island trying to find our bearings is a real pain. in the end we were the 2nd last detail to reach our day end point in the process only finding 2 of 4 checkpoints. by then we were all mentally and physically drained.and there was still the night checkpoints to be found. and surprise suprise we were the FIRST detail to find both! UPS LA!
next 2 days were doing drills/test. was alright, wasn't as tough as i expected it to be la. haha. too lazy to blog about the other small details. shagged week thats all i can say. really glad its over.

another wet and cold field camp. guess thats life isn't it. training wise, it aint as bad as i expectd it to be. other than the last day, it was rather slack. lol.
had ippt test straight after field camp. and that was the FINAL test. to think that we did not have any physical training other than 1 group run, i was quite pleased with the results. and the reward for the day - WE COULD ORDER IN FOOD! overjoyed would be an understatement of how we felt. haha.
1 last week of hell. visiting tekong again. for navigation test and LAST FIELD CAMP! let the island be kind to me and let me find the checkpoints ok. and MELISSA FU! pls sing 'rain rain go away' every night for me ok :D

completely shagged out. lets start off with field camp. it was alright i guess. but it rained. and i was like freezing cold and wet in my freaking small and tiny and fucked up basha(tent). the drills were about the same as bmt. other than the quick attack which is extremely XIONG. thank god for my sgt la. he damn slack la. do once can alr. his favourite quote

ok. next the navi exercise. got lost at nite again. it is seriously fucking hard to find ur way around the jungle at night. at one point, we were seriously lost. completely dumbfounded about our sense of direction. i hate that feeling of helplessness.

the toughest day is always the first day. my sergeant at bmt told me this on our last day at tekong. how very true. i was DAMN sad when i only saw qing sheng in the same company. and worse still, we're different platoon. which means i DON'T KNOW a single soul in my platoon. first few days were quite tough. but managed to get through it. get to know the guys in my section. am still alright with them. but obviously i miss APACHE. especially the crazy caring fun dudes of my section. but isn't this life. good times don't last and we still have to carry on.
i don't know why, but i somehow feel kinda motivated to go through with the course. the disappointment of not getting into safsa has passed. i know i will never be mentally of physically pushed this hard ever in my life. i want this challenge.

its all coming to an end soon. watching the new enlistees and their parents at tekong today just brings back many memories. the shit we've gone through together has made us stronger. i guess im lucky enough to have such wonderful section mates. from the DUDES, to my horny buddy. seriously our section's the most united and fun. and the late night parties that we have. lol.

life on the island has been alright. so i missed the sit test. have to redo it. the one thing that pissed me was that i was on status yet i was asked to march the 12km march to the test site. and after that they didnt allow me to take part. fucking hell. this was definitely the worst march. having a fever doesn't help. i was like 39.6 degrees by the time i completed sia. luckily didnt faint. my platoon mate fainted in the sun can. around the ending point, he just collapse down. heat exhaustion. damn serious. was evacuated by helicopter to CGH. but luckily he's alright alr. being on status SUCKS can. i hate doing sai kang la. the sick is supposed to be resting and not doing all these shit jobs.
ok. so i got accepted into both ntu and smu accountancy. now comes the difficult part of deciding which to choose.
its all in the mind.
i survived field camp! but of all time, im struck with fever, flu and sore throat. DAMN LA. im gonna miss my grenade throwing, which is like once in a lifetime. i guess i'll miss my sit test too. but hopefully, there'll be remedial sessions.
ok. back to my field camp. tell u honestly, it was quite a tough experience. especially the last 2 days when my knee was screaming out in pain.
there were many defining moments at field camp. first was the freaking long 8km march to camop site on the first day. carrying ur full field pack with ur lpv and rifle. FREAKING heavy can. seriously it was pure mental all the way. next was not BATHING. i didn't know i could become this filthy for so many days. seriously, prickly heat powder had became my next best friend. hahas. and everyone was having heat rashes on their backs. another test of endurance. LOL.
the trainings were actually quite interesting. and i freaking like my sec comm can. a very nice guy. RESPECT. and came the day we dug the dumb shell-script. i almost died again. (hahas. i realise in the army, there are many times i almost died but didnt hor. LOL) i dug from like 10am till 3 plus i think. i was like one of the fastest la. cant really believe it lor. hahas. must be the MOTIVATION to shower! i never felt so happy to have water poured over my skin. another amazing end result of the army. lol.
that is about the highlight of field camp. to put things in perspective, it has been a tough but worthwhile experience. and to think that 4 weeks of bmt has flashed past.

i guess life in the army is alright. i only dread waking up SOO early every morning. TIRED. met new people. its definitley a diverse bunch. my whole platoon's a jc batch, in that sense we understand each other pretty well. there's only 1 poly guy. he's a regular and he's my buddy! really funny guy!
having entered the army, u really begin to appreciate those small little insignificant things that we always take for granted. take for example a simple ice-cream. a simple ice-cream, even though it may just be potong, will make our day! we would always look forward to ice-cream days. to us, such simple items are like gold.
anyways. this week's bookout is quite long. only booking in on tue evening. after that it'll be another 2 weeks before my next bookout, albeit only for half a day. BECAUSE im going for field camp. kinda apprehensive. not bathing for 6 days! gosh. but if others before me can do it, im sure i'll survive to tell my tale.
i miss my freedom. i miss doing things at my own will, whenever i like it, wherever i like it. i guess this is the price to pay for growing up.

oh.. today's april fools. guess who got into an accident. came back from a match with my juniors at aj. was great meeting up with the guys. all the 'j2s' turned up. ting long, esmond, junda, waimeng, hongyi, hock, justin. zheng guang also came. i truly truly missed their company. the laughter we had, the bond we shared. looking at this year's batch, they are quite good. skillwise and tactically la. (they beat us 4-2 btw) BUT what is seriously lacking is the team spirit. i don't see the burning passion in them. maybe im biased or what but seriously, in terms of team spirit they lack very very far behind us. and to think that they just came back from korea. such a great opportunity for team bonding, and yet this is what is of the trip. WASTED LA.
remember before our china trip, we weren't really very close. ya, we do turn up reguarly for trainings, eat dinner after trainings. but what was lacking was the passion to fight side by side on court. i guess facing such a huge obstacle (literally) in china really made us come together. when faced with a difficult opposition, the most important factor is not ur skill, but is ur morale on court. others outside the mph (especiallly the band and wushu people) may find us irritating shouting ' AJ OEI! OEI! OEI! OEI!' but it lifts our morale. when u see everyone in ur team cheering with fire in their bellies, u get pumped up. when we win a point, we let our aggression be heard. even when we lose a point, we let our voices reverbrate in the skulls of our opponents. we believed in each other, we fought for each other, we encouraged each other, we pushed each other. seriously, i know i will never encounter such a stronger sense of togetherness in any other team i join :)
not forgetting zheng guang too. i used to think he was some idiot NDU senior who always comes back and gives us shit. real SHIT. he'll pump us until we go white in the face, or he'll jumping-jack us till we literally cannot jump anymore. but this fostered the togetherness in us. we're all in this shit together.
its like 3.26 in the morning, and thinking back of these memories, i still get a real warm and fuzzy feeling inside :) time to hit the sack! :D
now that i have nothing to do in my life. im thinking. all day. just thinking of the past. i miss my trainings. always being the last to leave the school, i mean it was tough back then, but come to think of it, if we hadn't won the championships, i wonder how i'd feel now. ahh.. the finals. i can still remember it all too clearly.
no classes for the day. gathering in the mph for the last words before battle. junda speaking some nonsense logic in his imperfect engrish. HAHA. getting to the sports hall. fabien forgetting to bring his jersey. nv got a chance to wear the nike jerseys. warming up. seeing the stands fill up with people. u start to spot ur frens. they wish u luck. u see many strangers, seen only along the corridors in school. and as the match is about to begin, ur own voice is drowned out by hundreds that have come. we won the first set. the crowd goes wild. everyone's happy. lost the second. then the third. and all's not well. fustration builds. this is the last chance. everyone knows it. the pressure was huge. but we delivered. now, its down to the final deciding crunch. leading at the change-over, esmond urged the crowd to cheer louder. the fans soo totally owned tj. i felt goosebumps forming. we got our much needed boost. went on and took the match. it was like a perfect script.
a perfect ending for us. for it never tasted any sweeter.
my scholarship applications are all but done. Left with KPMG. i know my chances of getting them are like close to none. but since everyone's like telling me to apply, what's the harm right?

open house was an interesting affair. ntu's business school is definitely much better than nus's. the definite plus side is at ntu, u can get an honours in like 3 years, where as in nus or smu, u need 4 years. but you have to be in the top 20% of the cohort for them to offer you a double specialisation which is good. but difficult to get, right?
the only thing stopping me is the chance to do a double degree at smu. going down to open house tml. will check things out. hopefully by then, the picture would be much clearer. :D
applying for scholarship is such a pain in the ass. like seriously. guess i'll talk to more people, get more opinions before deciding on the course and the university.
friday capped off a spectacular end to the 2 best years of my life. sitting in the hall and waiting for the principal to go through all the top students is extremely unnerving. god. and surprise suprise, i saw my name up there! hahas. apparently, im one of the top performing 'appeal' students. LOL. guess im happy with the results, other than my GP grade(C5) that is.
im also very very happy for my class! most of them outdid themselves and scored excellent grades. special mentions to MR HWANG and MR NAVIN. excellent! also my amk frens also did very well. with most getting either ABB or AAB, which is great!
these 2 years are the best. wrecking havoc with 28 in aj, fianlly winning the volleyball championship, having my own band, meeting excellent mates, and capping it off with good results in our A's.
what more can i ask for.

chinese new year has been good. apart from gambling, the sight of everyone in the family together is great. i guess im lucky in the sense that i have a big extended family. it makes for a more lively atmosphere, more laughter and joy. the other day we were playing in between and it was just crazy. at one point, the pot grew to over $400++ all thanks to my uncles who bet big big but end up hitting the pole. i mean what are the odds la. an ace and a queen. and he got another queen. that is like 3 out of 50 chance can. hahas. and we were just screaming and laughing like mad the whole time.
but sadly my aunt from US is leaving tomorrow morning:( guess it'll be another year before i get to see them again. by then. i'll be SERVING MY NATION. hahas.

anyways. i have finally started exercising. LOL. almost died the other day after a round at the park.
im kinda enjoying myself at work. everyone's opening up. so can joke about and talk cock. and there's MG- MACHINE GUN. hahas! once the ac guy starts talking, he cant stop and he shoots all of us down with his nonsense. hahas. there's also PCB who's always PCing. hahas!
work has been quite slack. hahas. we (the same four girls and another 3 guys) spent about 2 and a half hours at lunch. LOL. we were so efficient that we had like a few more files to go through for today and tomorrow, so we decided to go for a long long lunch. hehs. so off we went at bout 12.30 and came back only about 3. hahas. and all of the days, the big boss came for a spot check. WTH can. luckily our nannies helped us cover up. :D
so, got to know everyone. i mean we were finally talking to each other. i mean thats good la. but there's still some politics i guess. HAHA. the girls in the other room doesn't like the girls in my room cause they smoke. so, yah la. some conflict sia. stay tuned for more drama! RAH. hahas. but at least the guys get along well. :)
the job so far has been alright. rather chim with all the terms they used. basically, our job is to gather info from bank documents. sounds rather tedious doesn't it. u bet ur ass it is. looking through documents from 1970-2006 can really drive one up the wall. but i guess all these new stuff learnt will be useful to me in the future :D
anyways. the temp staff at tiong bahru branch are all post-A's students, waiting for results. there are a total of 14 of us. the guy who ate with me on the first day quit. WTH la. the only person i know. hahas. so what to do. make new friends lor! LOL. ok. the quiet guy sitting next to me is lee sheng, tinglong's pri sch fren. very cool guy, from hci bball but doesn't really talk much. i also hang out with the 4 girls, in the other room, who are damn talkative and laugh all the time, which is gd!
the staff are also really friendly. i mean i was early today, and i met this lady outside the office. she was very friendly and we made some small talk before the person came to open the door. in fact, most of the staff there are friendly. they would smile at you and say hi when they walk by you. so i think its not too bad lar, even thought the work can get rather tiring. our 'nannies' are really nice too. they brought us (the 6 of us) out to lunch and tried to pay for our lunch but we insisted and insisted before they reluctantly took our money. hahas.
so the job's going rather well. learnt alot of new stuff and made new friends. pay's not bad too. so, all's well! :)
it was exciting! especially watching it live from the stadium. atmosphere was simply electric!
the tickets were sold out. we (navin and family, willy, zhi tong) were lucky to get the last few tickets on match day. 55 000 people packed the national stadium. can u imagine when everyone starts stamping their feet, and doing the kallang wave. haven felt so high in a long long time! everytime s'pore won the ball or got a corner, we would be clapping and screaming our lungs out. and when m'sia got the ball, a chorus of boo rang out through the stadium. and i learnt a new word - BUTOH! i think its some swear word in malay cause whenever the malaysians get the ball or whenever the refree made a bad call (any call against s'pore that is. hahas) BUTOH BUTOH would ring out in the stadium. there was also this guy in the stands who kept heckling the m'sian subs. damn funny la.
when s'pore finally got their equaliser, the whole stadium just errupted! everyone was jumping up and down screaming at the top of their lungs! the feeling was simply fantsatic!
extra time came and went. and it was the dreaded penalties. luckily it was on our side of the goal and we had an excellent view of it. we were booing and doing whatever crazy actions to distract the malaysian player and it WORKED! hahas. lionel lewis saved the last kick! WOOHOOS! it was amazing to see singaporeans from all woks of life come together as one. the cheering was ferocious and the support feverent! best soccer match i've ever been to! but lets not dicredit the m'sian team yea. they were brave in adversity and put up an incredible battle and it was kinda sad to see the goalkeeper crying on the field after the match. it is always hard to go out on penalties.
anyways, the kallang roar is back! and i was glad to be part of it :D

ok. so i've got a job! working for UOB as some admin person. there wasn't any interview! can u believe it? hahas. and they were quite persistent in getting me ya. hahas. cus when i was in bangkok they called me once and i didn't pick up. and when i came back they called again. HAHAS. urs truely is higly sought after can!
going for training on fri. starting work on monday, but its only for a month though. at least i won't have to waste time at home again. yeaps.
i realized that its been a long time since i've updated. LAZY la. hahas. anyways, just got back from BANGKOK!! 8 t-shirts. 3 long sleeve shirts. 1 short sleeved. 1 dress pants. 1 board shorts. 2 belts. 2 watches.

anyways. before the trip, been slacking at home. caught babel (weird movie. the link with japan was -_-), jackass 2(absolutely hilarious. they do crazy stuff like putting a leech on your dick or drinking horse semen! LOL! must watch!) and rocky balboa (not bad i guess. though slyvestor stallone needs to improve his acting. hahas.)
oh yah. you know when i was slacking around, and desperate for work. NONE was available. but now, there are 3 opportunities. hahas. its time to make some $$ yea.
after the initial struggle, my gong gong's recovering. slowly but surely. most probably will be discharged tomorow. but. there's still this small ulcer on his aorta. luckily, its on the outside. hopefully will clear up with the medicine.
anyways, met up with the gang on sunday. sx and edwin going ns this week. hahas. last meeting. i miss them so much. especially my ah siang. haven seen him in like donkey years. really really enjoyed just fooling around with him, doing dumb stuffs and laughing at dirty jokes. HAHA.

my gong gong got admitted into a hospital. chronic lung problem, and to make matters worse, he has an infection on one of his lungs which causes him to have lots of pheglm. this results in him having breathing difficulties. every small action results in him panting really badly.
i am scared. on one of his attacks, he was struggling for air. he was hands went into a fist-shape. and he began shaking uncontrollably. i was very scared. i don't want to lose my gong gong. just a few weeks back, we were, as usual, shopping around NTUC. his favourite haunt, we could spend hours walking there. but now, even standing up takes so much effort and leaves him breathless.
i will remain strong and i will remain optimistic. hopefully things will take a turn for the better in the next couple of days.
i've been back for quite some time now. had navin's birthday celebration ytd at his place. was fun meeting up with the rest of the them after so long. and some how, the bloody weather stood up. it didnt rain. grrr! we were all expecting rain, and thus dismissed the idea of bbq. unpredictability at its very best huh.
anyways. the trip has opened up my eyes. studying overseas is becoming a genuine option right now. of course. everything depends on the results la. but i mean. after seeing things for myself. i guess studying overseas, away from the comforts of home, is really a challenge. but it forces you to grow up. to be independent. gone will be the days where you can return home from school to a sumptous dinner already prepared. or just dump your clothes in the laundry basket without ever having the thought of needing to wash it?
studying in a foreign land is daunting and definitely not for the faint hearted. and i really admire those who chosed to take this route. definitely an eye-opener.
okays. so 2006 is drawing to a close. i believe it had definitely been the most exciting time of my 18 years. definitely.
be it aj idol, volleyball, 2805!, relationships, friendships and kinships. joy. sadness. excitement. disappointment. anxiety. stress! (alot alot of it)
be it all of these emotions. 2006 has been a truly great year for me! i m blessed. thanks to everyone who has made an impact on my life:)

greetings from barcelona! the trip was EXCITING can! the museums were great. and i went to a sex museum :P its like, ya, full of sex la. hahas. and there was this video, like in the 60s. some freaking porn shit, that is really disturbing. really. shan't go into the details.
we went to the picasson museum and the historical musuem as well. but the most memorable trip was to sangrada familia! the view from the top of the chuch was absolutely stunning! and we went arounf evening time, and the sun was setting. AWESOME! was really really great!
food was kinda expensive. on the rare occasion that we tried to be adventurous and try their local food, we got some ULTRA-DUPER salted fish. it was really bad! hahas. and i had lotsa paella! its like a rice dish and it tastes yummy!
i guess the only regret was not visiting park guell. its where gaudi's works are. and the pathways are in sort of lizard shapes. also. i didn't get to go nou camp :( and they were playing when we were there! but at least we watched in a restuarant. and we got to enjoy the atmoshpere:)
heading down to london tomorrow morning. will be back on 26th evening!

went to a CHOCOLATE FACTORY- CADBURY WORLD!!! whees! hahas. was a really interesting trip. the chocolate was GREAT. and bought lotsa stuff. spent almost the entire morning there. afternoon was spent in birmingham's main city centre. HUGE. walk until my leg damn tired la. the museum was interesting. the art pieces are really nice.
oh yah. i wanted to blog the last time we went down to the notts city centre, there was this bar that we went to- THE MAZE. it was great! there were live bands. and they played like swing music- sway, fly me to the moon.. was awesome! especially the double bass, spectacular sound. much better than a normal base guitar. and the performers are actually students from the local university. and they composed their own songs from inspirations from movies. really cool stuff, exclusive to the UK only. hahas.
too tired to continue. will be going manchester tomorrow. staying hostel. visit OLD TRAFFORD (haha. dun be jealous. i'll take photos!). walk around the local markets. be back on 18th. :D
TONIGHT WAS AN ABSOLUTE BLAST!
we went to this place called pitcer and piano. it's a church converted into a pub. and its really COOL! it caters mostly to the mature crowd. went there with sis and her friends. they are really nice people! :D drank and talked and joked and played games! was fun! just got back. it's local time 2.30 in the morning. and i still feel DAMN high! hahas. maybe the jetlag hasn't really worn off yet?
kaya party tomorrow! hahas. will be another blast!

MY FIRST POST FROM NOTTS!
the journey here was quite tough. 12 hour flight, which i didn't get much rest cus the journey was rather uncomfortable. after that had quite a hard time finding the bus station. hahas. finally after 15 hours of travelling, IM IN NOTTINGHAM! the bloody immigration lady didn't believe i was the one in the photo in my passport. WTF. hahas. and she kept looking scrutinising the photo. BITCH.
anyways, there's actually quite alot of asians here, especially from hong kong. there's a close group of singaporeans here as well. met some of them, seem like really nice people:)
the university is HUGE. if u think NUS is big, wait till u see this. hahas. also, the weather here's kinda gloomy. it gets really dark at like 3 plus 4. hahas. and since i got here, i haven seen sunshine yet! no wonder the brits are so WHITE. there is haradly any sunshine here. and its soo windy! but at least its not as bad as when i was in china last year. so i can take it :D
heading down to the city center later. will shop around, go for dinner, then meet some of sis's friends for drinks. will be fun!

accomodation was alright.
the room was freezing cold at nite la. squeezing in the bed was difficult to get any sleep, and worse when u are kicked and hugged evry now and then. hahas.
the food was good.
scrambled eggs (75 eggs la. MY FREAKING GOD.) claypot rice and stingray at chinatown was totally awesome! damn song la :D bak kut teh was also great. the soup was damn nice. chiong beer. and the left over was used for drunken chicken. HAHA.
lastly, the company was EXCELLENT!
shared secrets. didn't know some of them had gone thru so much pain. its comforting to know that there are people out there. like u. struggling. i guess opening up helps. and the last night was absolutely hilarious! SOH SHIYING! HAHAS! the guys created a dance for her. ABSOLUTELY FUNNY! and we created it at 4 in the morning. hahas. laugh like some crazy dog. and there was some scheme. DAMN CUNNING. hahas!
just got my flu-jab. really excited about the trip :D
